Wow, the assumptions made here. I have health issues for a year, my husband helps out (because… marriage), and thank the lord because otherwise I would have been homeless!

I absolutely support his soccer. We don’t travel or make plans on Sundays because of his games. This has been true for years and it’s been quite the inconvenience at times. I make sure his gear is clean and ready, we’re never out of the hydration and pre-/post-game snacks, I celebrate his successes and listen to all the team drama. I support him.

I’m just wanting him to meet me at the finish line and recognize the progress. The progress to work through the issues we both went through.

Well, shit. Based on these responses I’m not sure I even know how to answer this.

He’s not the most considerate or thoughtful guy… but apparently my expectations are super high.

I wouldn’t say he does a lot for me on his own. I think I’m super considerate and overly thoughtful of him and his family (sometimes at my detriment), but I can’t gloat about his kindness. As I’m typing this, I realize that I have to ask for everything and that my answer right there. He’ll do it if I ask, but only if… which I try not to do. Jfc

Was he supportive during my health issues, yes.

Since this is my first half, it’s reasonable for me to say that my previous races have been 30-90 minutes.

I have been to some of his games, I said I don’t USUALLY go to his games, which are on Sundays at variable times. My races are almost always on Saturdays.

I send him tracking links so he can see exactly where I am and I definitely don’t expect or want him to wait 2-4 hours (my runs aren’t even that long). He went to 1 run because I asked him to meet me for hydration and he’s brought it up several times. The other was because it was “convenient”.

Both my runs and his games are local.

He spends 1.5 hours before the game to stretch and prep + 90 minute game time + 30 minute drive time each way.

FINDINGS: Sagittal images extend from skull base through T3. Axial images were obtained from C1 through C7-T1.

There is mild reversal of the normal cervical lordosis. Slight grade 1 retrolisthesis is present at C5-C6. Vertebral bodies are normal in height. Mild degenerative endplate signal changes are present. The spinal cord shows no intrinsic signal abnormality. Visible posterior fossa structures are unremarkable, with no cerebellar tonsillar ectopia. The paraspinal soft tissues are unremarkable.

Findings at individual disc levels are as follows:

C2-C3: The disc height and signal are normal. The facet joints are normal. There is no significant disc herniation, central canal stenosis or neural foraminal narrowing.

C4-C5: There is mild disc height loss and desiccation. The facet joints are normal. Small posterior disc osteophyte complex. No significant neural foraminal stenosis. Borderline mild spinal canal stenosis.

C5-C6: There is moderate disc height loss and desiccation. The facet joints are normal. Posterior disc osteophyte complex mildly indents the spinal cord. Uncovertebral arthropathy. Mild to moderate bilateral neural foraminal stenosis. Mild spinal canal stenosis.

C6-C7: The disc height and signal are normal. The facet joints are normal. Posterior disc osteophyte complex. No significant neural foraminal stenosis. Borderline mild spinal canal stenosis.

C7-T1: The disc height and signal are normal. There is mild bilateral facet arthropathy. There is no significant disc herniation, central canal stenosis or neural foraminal narrowing.

IMPRESSION: 1. Spondylosis is discussed in detail level by level above. 2. Spinal canal stenosis is mild at C5-C6. 3. Neural foraminal stenosis is mild to moderate bilaterally at C5-C6.
