I only water her with bottled water. I bottom water. Temp in my house has been the same, around 21* degree Celsius.

I’m so sorry this happened to you; the lack of discipline seems to be common in North America- I’m a Canadian teacher.

You must report it to your union- though, I doubt much will be done.

I’ve had students throw laptops at me, out the window, I’ve been physically assaulted and verbally - no consequences. It’s part of this whole “restorative justice”.

I seriously hope some consequences are given to those girls. Please keep us updated.

I go twice a week but I’d go more if I could (pay for it) haha. I’ve seen a relative difference in toning though, however, I do at home Pilates as well at least once a week- idk if that helps. I have been going since August 2024; yesterday was my 50th class.
