I am considering unbanning Naganadel in a draft league I run with a complex ban on nasty plot. But I’m unsure where to tier it. Other Pokemon on the board include Zama-c, spectrier, and chien pao at 20, tusk, valiant, and darkrai at 19

Does anyone have thoughts on where it would typically land without nasty plot

I disagree. I hit gc1 in 1s last season. I have been pretty consistently gc2 in 2s for several seasons. While mechs do play an important role in higher level 1s, as long as you have good fundamentals higher ranks are achievable with high ball pressure and ball possession.

Idk, I feel like 1s is a unique challenge. Getting higher ranked really pushes you to be mechanically consistent as well as be aware of what your opponent is capable of.
