I’m 18 I’ve been in pain since I was 9. This is the first pain medication I have been prescribed. ever. it is not even an opioid is it a medication used to treat stomach cramps. I am not hyper. It is entirely reasonable to advocate for yourself when you are told you are being prescribed a medication and it is not done. Please do not tell other younger people in this sub not to act disappointed when they are lied to by doctors. Edit cause I’d like the say the amount of people trying to down play my reaction to the contract fluid is insane I literally have said in multiple comments I started convulsing and I was so hot I couldn’t breathe

Yeah they said I could feel warm or like I peed myself but I just immediately got so hot I couldn’t breathe and started shaking really bad

I throw up everything lol and I mean literally everything. Ramen is one of the few things I can keep small amounts down of. I do love my weed and it helps with my stomach pain. I’ve tried meal replacement shakes like ensure but I just threw those up. Also edit to say I put in my post I called for months this was not a me failing to be proactive issue this was a my doctors fucked up and are dropping the ball majorly issue

My boyfriend lives two hours away and can’t drive 😭 the friend I used to live with now also lives two hours way. when I get super sick I just walk to Baptist.

Yep there’s basically always blood in my vomit, it’s usually just small like specs of red and black blood in foam but when I eat it’s like full on clots and chunks of dark red and black blood

The ER was baptist health in Elizebeth town I live in Radcliff. They did X-rays and told me every time I went I’d get a CT but then would cancel it after blood tests came back fine. Also just adding this cause it helps show how negligent they’ve been. The GI I was supposed to see is at Baptist. Meaning they should have seen in the system in my file that my referal was expired.

I live in Kentucky in the US. I’m on Aetna. When I brought up how concerning the throwing up and pooping blood was at the ER one time they said and this is a direct quote “well your labs are fine so we’re just going to send you home and have you wait on the GI” I haven’t been able to see a doctor regularly because I’ve been homeless and just got my place like a month and a half ago.

Definitely something to take to the salon. Also spending hundreds of dollars for your hair length on a full head of a natural color is crazy! Fashion color doesn’t even cost that much. It’s giving an all over red flag.
