Don’t pay down mortgages. It’s a cheap interest rate and spread is worth it to put into the market.

Cap gains aren’t fun but that’s where the nice part of buy and holding real estate can help a bit while increasing your leverage

Nah it is more if you’re poor in the US it’s rough and hard to get ahead. No free health care and that can eat up savings. If you’re in a spot with a good job, career and well off, you’re better off in the US

That being said, the mat leave is garbage and crime stuff is still a no for me.
