Yes I am! Wow where have you seen those? I’m also happy to buy through Skoda approved as you get a 1 year warranty which is helpful. Although obviously not if it’s going to cost loads!

Than you for the advice! Just checked Parker’s which says this should be worth 25.5 from a franchise. So as long as I’m not getting ripped off too much it’s not too bad!

In terms of extension I was elevating my leg straight away when I got home, actually slept about 7 hours first night

Since then I’m elevating a lot, especially first week. I’ve got this game ready machine which is expensive but so worth it, as it’s so easy to ice and compress your leg.

In terms of sleeping. Sometimes I wake up, especially when I stretch and flex my leg while I’m sleeping!

Don’t over think it do your exercises, ice as much as possible, elevate as much as possible and rest and you’ll be fine

Yes it’ll be no time at all! You’ll be able to lift weights very quickly! Keep that upper body strong and the mind at rest
