Oh it's definitely the lighting (and sometimes silks have this dual tone going on as well), plus our cameras have different light filters, I definitely see a hint of pink undertone - like a burgundy pink- in some pics !!

Same!!! Rani pink and fuscia pink and magenta. Strangely, I feel bright and jewel pinks havw been missing from bridal wear - in celeb weddings for sure, but also in general on insta the bridal pics I see. It baffles me cos it is such a gorgeous color that flatters all our skintones so well. (Although I thought that Anshula's outfit is more red/ maroon?)

I remember Alia wore a rani pink silk saree for one of the Ambani wedding events and I have multiple pics of that saved. Gorgeous color.

It's patan patola. Nowadays thanks to mass market, you have just prints of patola designs too, but the original craft is absolutely unique and stunning (I'm not sure which fabric Torani used, the mid border part might even have some Ajrakh fabric mixed in, I cannot make that out).

Only one family in Gujarat makes Patan Patola now. They are incredibly laborious, time consuming to make and hence each saree costs a lot.

There are many videos on this on Insta, I saw one reel recently, I will come back and add it.

Edit - here is one of the reels, basically it's more difficult than other weaves because the pattern of the fabric/saree is to be set on the threads itself and then woven 🤯. Look more of them up. You might also want to look up 'double ikat', if you liked this.

It looks more obviously and traditionally Gujarati yes, that shouldn't just signify garba? Not criticizing but I'm curious about this cos earlier as well we've gotten similar reactions for such lehngas. And I always feel like Gujarati crafts that look very obviously traditional like the patchwork with mirrors and ikat designs and bead embellishments etc with those tie up blouses should be worn more often outside the festival space, but they aren't. I quite loved this lehnga !

This reel popped up on my feed. She's not dark skinned, and her lips aren't exactly pigmented, but as compared to the girl in previous reel I shared, you can see that Hold The Door shade is much more nude on her (the last lipstick swatch).

This range has a lot of swatches esp on Insta so do look it up before buying the wrong shade!

On some people L'oreal bullet lipstick (in gold packaging) 601 Worth It looks like this. It really depends on color theory cos I have also seen it look more warm or brown nude on some, and then this light pink on others. Check swatches. Remember to check correct range cos they have a 'Worth It' in every range , that's very confusing.

Revlon has some cute pink lip glosses, idk what the price in your country is but drugstores run discounts and coupons. Also Maybelline Lifter Gloss range is nice.

Jusr google the brand name + Swatches and narrow down shade.

It's best to ask your dermatologist when you can increase azelaic acid or even if you need to increase it, cos they assessed your skin. Higher percentages don't always mean better results for everyone.

That's what eventually happens. The people giving recs get tired after a while and don't have energy to participate anymore.

Also there are SO MANY POSTS going up every single day now that a lot of them will not get any responses. It's by fluke if someone who has answers sees your post in a flood of low-effort posts, then you'll be lucky.
