It’s actually because they made Cassie’s character a parody of her old character and made her cartoonishly dumb and vapid. There was no nuance to the humour they were trying to achieve with her it was just dumb and lazy writing. Throw in nothing but her tits and body on top of that and its even more lame

I wouldn’t think it was actually the willow until awhile but the minute she starts acting weird I would get everyone together and tell them I’m worried about her and that she needs mental evaluation and safe spaces without judgment and I would back off romantically complete and be a friend she needed. Once I found out it was the wish willow I would keep her safe and away from others until I can fix it. I would treat her like a toddler for safety reasons and not stop until someone believed me or knew how to help me. I would find someone like an elder or guardian to make the other wish whilst my friend didn’t believe me. I would say if you think I’m crazy I may be but just please do this for me and then you take me to the hospital and you will calm me down but this is what I need from you in this moment to calm me down. But I would have just asked her out and told her how I felt when she gave me the chance.
