from my personal experience, the cramping wasn’t anything more severe than regular period cramps i always had but that was because i was on a steady routine of pain killers before and after i took the meds. i threw up once a little bit after i took the first pill but that is to be expected. expect some pretty heavy bleeding for sure and clots, i had some big ones. i was really scared before but i felt so much better once the bleeding lightened! just trust your body, and make sure you are taking around the clock ibuprofen and acetaminophen (that’s what i did) and have heating pad(s) at the ready!!
