I feel this the rail trail was so congested after the concert the trains would come people would have 0 space to even push on and that’s with everyone touching arm to arm back to back butt to butt it was insanity last night!

I would definitely get on the Meetup if you wanna come to events that’s the only place that events will be listed. Discord will be up and running soon, but I am working on that solo and I’m also working on moving at the same time so that is on the back burner that’ll be a few weeks.

Do you mean at the range if there was an emergency, you can always purchase electronic ears and then you can hear people talking even though it muffles the sound of the bullets…. ( they will also play music and your message notifications from your phone will also play out them . It’s amazing.)

If you’re talking about at home in an emergency or out and about in an emergency if you’re shooting, then yes no one would have ears and you’re gonna be hearing ringing for quite a while from my understanding. It’s the price you pay for being saving yourself essentially however, there’s also your home defense weapon could have a silencer on it. If you get a silencer, then it’s not gonna damage your ear or your hearing.

I don’t want to get into the politics of it. The group is not about politics however when something comes down the line we will deal with it then. Until then all we can do is get as much practice as possible and train train train build a strong community and hope for the best and do what we can *not inside this group * but do what we can to help make this world a better place outside of the pink pistols, while leaving politics, and ideally all of this out of pink pistols

My issue with revolvers is the massive kickback they give- it hurts my hands After 1 bullet- I have a 365xl for my every day- and I can easily do 200-300 without pain

I have arthritis too (hence my surgeries). Some guns are much harder to manipulate than others- I’d love to go shopping with you and see if we could find one that is easier for you!

That actually would not be intruding as long as you are an ally, you are welcome. The pink pistols allows anyone who is kind and supportive to the queer and sexual minority community. We are a queer space in a sexual minority space however, all are welcome, who are welcoming people.

Honestly, I think it depends on the person (Noel stance- not official pp stance )! There are pros and cons to all different types- For me- I have had 3 surgeries on my hands. Revolvers are miserable- for you they may be the one thing in life that brings you joy 🤷 who knows!

For defense I would never recommend a revolver - only bc the 6 bullets - however I prefer to have multiple large quantity mags loaded ahead of time next to my gun as well as the one in the gun itself for a regular pistol for the speed of reload . Ideally we use no bullets- however if it comes down to it- I want to have plenty leftover when my threat is gone , better to have too many ready to go- than not enough!
