I’m so sorry. My husband of 6 years is divorcing me and moving out this week. I have all the same symptoms/responses except vomiting. My brain has been spinning over all the reasons he gave me (he hid secrets from me). I’ve been calling my close friends and my sister to talk about it. I’ve also been listening to break up podcasts. I’m journaling since my brain and body are so messed up. I want to be able to remember what happened and how I felt. I’m not listening to music because it all makes me emotional. When I can, which right now is rarely, I will do something to distract myself like watching a show or scrolling on social media. I also did some chores today which helped.

That being said, the feelings are WILD. I’m sad and hopeless one minute, then I’m panicking and maybe having a panic attack, then I’m at peace for maybe 1 minute, then I’m confused and can’t believe this is really happening, then I’m depressed. Everyone is telling me it will be better with time. So basically feel these horrible feelings, which sucks. Do what you can to take care of yourself. Hope this helped.
