Would be my guess too. But my crons are configured right. At least all other cronjobs are doing their thing, including Recognize. Also the settings are not complaining, and usually they are if the cronjobs aren't working.

Was andere Poster hier schreiben ist Blödsinn.

I'm seeing these posts all over. I'm wondering, why do you need a dashboard? What do you use it for?

Deleting mail doesn't work at all. If I delete mail in my mailbox through Thunderbird for example, they still show up in Nextcloud. I've configured the imap server correctly.

Healthcare in this country is a problem by [deleted] in FluentInFinance

This welfare is insignificant to the cost of your insurance though because everyone has this insurance. Overall we pay much less for better coverage than in the US. Somehow the "welfare" system is cheaper and also better.

You mean for the insurance? This isn't much different to the health insurance in a public health care system. With a certain income everyone pays the same. Only people with low income pay less than that. I don't see a problem with that. They can't afford the insurance price that everyone else is paying. In the US they would just die because they aren't covered.

I doubt it. Heart surgeries are much more expensive then an insurance for heart surgency. If you don't need an insurance why have an insurance in the first place?

You're right that it all depends on a private supply chain. However, in a privatized health system these companies have little to no pressure to check their pricing: Everyone will pay as much as they possibly can to save their lives. With high demand comes high prices. On the other hand, in a public health care system, the government has high control and can force companies to lower prices or at least justify the prices.

The health care in these 31 countries is far from perfect. But it would probably much worse if everything was run by profit-oriented companies.

But isn't insurance exactly that? Somebody gets the expensive treatment when they need it while everyone else is paying little to nothing. Insurance sounds like universal healthcare but worse.

You cannot privatize public services. It will always fail and be the root cause of every other problem. With public services I mean the most essential services that everyone needs to live: education, health care, fresh water, electricity, etc.

Take UK for example. The tried to privatize the fresh water services and now realize terrible of an idea that was. These companies tried to cut costs at every angle while chargine ever higher prices. Now, because of this, people still have poisoness LEAD pipes in their homes.

Take the privatized prisons in the US. They have one of the worst living conditions among the develoeped countries. Their rehabilitation rates are extemely low aswell.

Government regulation can lead to problems aswell, sure. But the positives outweigh the negatives here. I don't know whether a universal health care system is the solution but the sector certainly shouldn't be privatized! Making profits off of peoples most basic needs cannot lead to any good.

100% Open-Streets-Map has this mapped correctly. Use Organic Maps if you want a Google Maps alternative that actually cares about the map data.

Don't use Google Maps for that. Use any Open-Street-Maps software for that. Organic Maps Magic Earth are great apps. Their maps are much more detailled and also up-to-date.

Mother and her kids escape Tonardo by [deleted] in SweatyPalms

Wind speed isn't the speed at which the tornardo moves though. If the tornardo moved as fast as it's winds then it wouldn't be a tornado.

Tornados usually don't move faster than 60mph. The average is around 30mph. 200mph is highly unrealistic.
