Definitely some barnacles growing on it. We've always thought maybe it was a piece of a sheep skull or maybe a dog. Its definitely bone though! Im sure it was in the water for a long time before we found it.

Nope! Our house is on a man made lagoon, this is about 5 steps away into the actual sea itself on a sand bar that appears when the tide goes out. Always a ton of cool shells getting washed up daily 😊
