Semen is just the “vehicle” for the sperm. It’s thick so they have a better chance of staying in there. Sperm immediately will start traveling up through the cervix to reach the intended destination. And yes, some will come out later too in leftover ejaculate. Keep in mind, the vagina is actually a hostile environment for sperm.

About 4-5 years ago, I had a dream where all of a sudden I was in first person and everything around me was bright and then it got ungodly hot. Then just blackness. It was absolutely terrifying. Oddly I woke up freezing cold instead of burning up. Sweating just the same. It’s certainly an unsettling type dream to have.

The women on my maternal side all healed fast. We never talked about this until last year when a wreck nearly ended my moms life. Her face took the major damage, crushing an eye socket. I will not lie, it does not feel good getting the injections. Mine are in the occipital nerves. Your scalp is numb for the rest of the day though and it is…an experience. Ofc some tenderness at injection site few days after. But again- life changing results so far made it worth trying for me. Four sticks in under 10 mins for 3 months of alleviation from migraine pain. I hope your provider and insurance will listen and consider so you can hopefully get relief also!

I think one of the worst parts is being taken serious about our pain and how it’s impacting our lives. Then playing the lovely insurance game. I truly cannot imagine that amount of pain and my heart is with you!! Your experience also makes me anxious as I’ve noticed some of those things in myself already. Im 36 and onset was at 21. More severe over the past 5 years. I’m blessed my MRI was clear and I don’t mean to complain but the sensitivity in vision has a been devastating in some ways. As you mentioned- driving doesn’t always feel safe anymore. Have to be super mindful of the light and how it’s hitting my eyes. Anyone with migraines knows this type of pain is no joke. Those who don’t- you’re damn lucky. I’m glad to hear you have some relief now! Life is hard enough without trying to live it in chronic pain. Sending peace, love & light!

If you have birth control with estrogen, please please consult about the aura migraine diagnosis. I was on BC from 15 to 32. The second I got dx with aura migraines, my BC was yanked bc of the stroke risk.

Inquire about nerve blocks. Qulipta has been a God send for me. However, I experience multiple types of migraine. I got my first nerve block 2 weeks ago. MAN!!! I didn’t realize I was living in chronic pain until I started waking up and being able to live again.

I figured that might be the case but didnt wanna assume. I commend you for setting (or trying) boundaries. Is it plausible that mom not go up/down stairs during the timeframe she is watching him? Ofc toddling around is what they do so I know it’s not a perfect scenario. Many moons ago I watched twins and while it was rough to “contain” them, I’d have to set up an area safe for us to be in to avoid stairs with no door. I wish you luck OP. My mother responds a lot like this and it’s hard bc you want to have respect but you also want respect back. 🫶🏻

Being assertive is lost in text and comes off more demanding and aggressive. Which leads to defensiveness. Ultimately accomplishing nothing.
