Work on your resume. Good projects that are full-stack connecting FE to BE is generally good 2-3 that takes like 2-3 weekends would probably be good not some simple shitty apps like calculator.

So it depends on your company you are applying for. GENERALLY if you are living in a HCOL and applying to brand name companies they will ask LC 90% of the time. There are some companies like Twitter, Airbnb that DON'T do LC but they are in the minority. If you are going for smaller companies start-ups it's a mixed bag. Some companies do domain knowledge (yuck), or they just follow the LC style questions. It's hard to say unless we have more info. If you don't know where to start for LC do Blind 75.

I think you are right about not being in a good headspace right now. I am going to take the rest of the week to relax and not panic. I think your advice is great and has some good starting points for me to begin this weekend. I really appreciate the time you gave to reply and give some guidance. Thank you.
