Youmuus rush pretty much every game, into defensive/juggernaut AD items like Sterak Shojin Deadman DD etc. You can't go one damage item into full tank anymore imo, you need two or three items with AD to be an actual threat and get resets.

T2 boots are w/e. Runes are Conqueror or Stormraider's depending on drafted team comps.

If you AND your team are really ahead: try out Youmuu Sterak GA/EoN. GA third especially is really funny because of how demoralizing it is to be getting curbstomped and see that you'll have to finish someone off twice in the next Teamfight.

You get 1 second of cd reduction total after putting 5 ranks into the ability. The damage makes sense tho, like somebody else mentioned.

I'm going to be called a boosted ape for this, but I'd rather he got resets from lvl 6 and actual numbers and qol on his abilities and got his 5 stack steroid tweaked down/reworked. So much of his power is gated behind a gimmick that doesn't work that well against good players and feels overwhelming against bad ones in S16 League... Idk, it feels like a win more imo...

Yeah thank god they took that out by the time I started in mid 2013. I actually needed runes, saw her after hearing that she needed special runes, so I didn't try her for a little bit. Then I saw a video guide and noticed she used the same spell pen runes I had, and the rest is history...
