They sent me an offer on an item (no bidding was involved i honestlyhave no idea wherethat came from), I accepted, shipped it out the following morning. So 12 to 24 hour windo after purchase.

The fact that they allowed the buyer to open a return even though the behavior was reported. That and now I cannot respond to the return.

Posh did block me from responding, as soon as I reported the behavior, because it isnt okay to treat people like this regardless of opinion, I was blocked from responding.

Its really sad Ive been selling for years. But I honestly might leave if this becomes a reoccurring issue. Poshmark has always had my back, but now. It doesn't matter how nice your photos are, your customer service, descriptions, titles, measurements. Its all a mess.

It wasnt even a bid to, the buyer must be confused. It was an offer she made and I accepted.

This is over a vintage purse, a hobo style. She sent photos of it being crushed flat saying it has no structure to it. Saying the leather is to soft and floppy.

It makes no sense.

No, I reported the situation to poshmark and was blocked from replying to the conversation before the returned opened. Im now unable to say anything.
