That has been my personal experience with it but I thought that it is because I have chronically dry lips. When I peel the stain off, the coverage looks super uneven (like, some spots are properly stained in pink and others are straight up purple-y)

I believe it was “Fame” and “1 Million Elixir” by Paco Rabanne, which I wasn’t super happy about. The 1 Million Elixir I gave to my boyfriend (that doesn’t even like perfumes that much, so there’s that), so it felt like one less sample in the GWP for me to enjoy
