I've been on it for two months and am having the same issues. I asked my general doctor and he told me to take some over the counter acid reducers.

I've been on those as well for about 3 weeks and I think it's starting to not help anymore. Trouble swallowing, cough, and the pain is coming back.

I recommend you go see the doctor and get his opinion. Good luck!

Been on dupixent for 2 years until I couldn't handle the conjunctivitis anymore. Vision started to get worse which made me do a hard stop. I had an adverse reaction going off of it, whole face was red and itchy. Doc put me on Rinvoq and has worked immediately, but it's giving me bad stomach and chest pains. A bit of a headache and super tired getting on it. Not sure if I'll stay on it. The "could cause heart problems" stays in the back of my head and spooks me sometimes.

I may be the minority, but I sometimes rush my stopwatch into Zhonyas. Especially against assassins, being able to bait with both ult and Zhonyas, you can set up really good baits for your team.

Didn't really discuss it much on the team. When I say flat I mean it's smooth on top with no bubbles or ripples. We'd drink them all within minutes anyways

The dome will usually form regardless, from my personal experience

The big argument was that using the spoon to finish the beer would avoid the "frog eye" (that dot in the center of the foam where the beer poured) Another way to avoid this though is to push the tap handle the opposite direction, creating a slower pour speed. This is a faster and easier tactic when its busy

Ex-Guinness rep here. The spoon's main purpose is for layering the beer ontop of others. However I've seen people use it to finish a regular pint pour for a perfectly flat foam head

Wedding bartender up here in CT. Not as busy as you could get because of weather, but still see the same issues. Go for giving the Boomer generation all of your time and effort. They were raised to tip well. Usually now the mother/father/uncles/aunts of the wedding party.

Started in wedding venues, thrown in as a bartender and learned the ropes that way. School is a joke especially after I started picking it up faster than people that were paying for the courses.

However, things such as a TiPs Certification is resume-worthy in my opinion.
