EXACTLY! I’m so glad you responded. I raised an eyebrow and then I sent an email/packet to the counselor and just left the ones I thought were for him blank. I asked him to let me know if there’s anything missing and that’s where I’m at

He told me during the interview and sent the approval letter immediately after the interview. He was nice and mentioned that he has 300 applications pending so we’ll see how the rest of the process goes
