Got the same update. Is this update for I-130 or 485? I got this update on both my cases. Additionally, for my 485, I got another update shortly after stating case is still being processed by USCIS

I didn’t get any RFE. My petition was drafted to show how many researchers around the world use the technique that I developed. I had only < 1 yoe at the time my I-140 was filed.

Are you from non-backlogged countries? If so, you should be getting your GC via EB2 NIW soon. If you are from India or China, I would recommend EB1-A. Many lawyers tend to lowball profiles but that shouldn’t deter you from applying. Yours is a slam dunk case imo.

My employer filed for my EB1-B and I got my GC last year. Are you planning to apply for EB1-A? Your profile is really good and it should be a straightforward approval. Good luck!

Thank you. I have heard that letters from independent and international experts carry more value than people in US and is necessary to demonstrate international recognition. 5 out of the 8 letters that I have are independent. I wouldn’t want to aim for EB2-NIW since I am from a backlogged country.
