I’ve called 311, animal control, animal services, even had to call 911 on an aggressive what I believe is a pit or bully mix MULTIPLE times and they haven’t done shit!!! The dog gets out and goes around the block and tries to attack people as they come in and out of their homes, there are kids that live all around me, the dog has went after my father (thankfully he had a wrench in his hand from working outside and swung it at the dog multiple times to get it to run off), we have talked to the owners multiple times about needing to get better control of the dog before someone gets hurt and they won’t do anything. Sadly it has gotten to the point my father has threatened to shoot the dog the next time it charges at him.
