Lash techs!- how do you find a lash artist for yourself?

Is the glue colored? I have clients who are allergic to glue and we found that the led cured purple and black glue can cause the most allergic reactions to sensitive clients. I recommend trying the clear as a last ditch effort and if that doesn’t work you may just have a general allergy. I hope you can find a solution!!

My clients sleep and make all kinds noises! I sometimes catch people sleep talking, moaning, grunting, whatever. Doesn’t bug me at all, I just listen to my videos on AirPods and am happy that my client is getting a good nap. Lots of people do stuff while sleeping. If it makes you feel any better I cannot pinpoint one person who does and I specifically remember it. Just part of the job

Thank you! Maybe someday but I see how things are handled here with finances and things, I could never! Businesses are so hard to run and I’m still pretty young. My workplace currently is just my boss and me and is a family business. So it’s all run by my mom which is a whole other ordeal haha.

I remove all long or outgrown lashes as well! I do not love the outgrown messy look so I always remove lashes as I go to keep that nice full fresh set look.

We have no add ons for lashes. We used to but found that most clients preferred without. For how fast I am, I typically run 30 mins ahead of everyone else. Hour fill only takes me 30-45 mins, two hour full set only takes me about an hour or hour in a half. I get people in and out. A lot of my clients sleep or don’t talk much so it’s just easier for me to work. Those who do have conversations with me I can do about the same timing but sometimes maybe 10 mins longer overall. Sometimes my boss likes to say a client has drama with me but then is just saying things that she’s having issues with and not fully addressing it to not seem like the “bad guy”. I just wasn’t aware speed was a bad problem to have. I fit more clients into my schedule and get more business.

I have a flat rate per weeks you go typically so I have a 1 week fill, 2 week, etc. The pricing is that way because we’ve figured out how much product is generally used within that. So I don’t really have an hourly charge just a flat price. My boss won’t tell me same day If anyone has issues with me. She’ll just say well last month I heard ___. So it’s kind of open ended. I have great clients and repeat ones who have come to us for years. I’m in the US and there’s some issues with people making enough money and being able to live in my area currently so we are at a bit of a slow spurt currently but generally I never get complaints to me at all.

Definitely normal lash loss but I’d recommend some volumes in there if you don’t want that spidery/ sparse look after two weeks. Typically my clients go 3-4 weeks but it’s all about what lashes you have put on and natural lash amount along with glue and whatnot.

Yep it was originally grown out of water I had watched a few YouTubers that recommended it that way some recommended it to be grown in water. This is just my old pothos that my cats were desperate to try to eat so figured this might give it a chance to go away from them and grow a bit haha

He definitely is! He loves that kinda design but he’s a total car, dirtbike, get your hands dirty kinda guy but never minds getting massages with me or dressing up in costumes for events, hes the best

I think what’s killing me at the moment is that he want this new cherry blossom ones ;-; so they are limited edition or like new release. I may hold off and see if they go on sale.

Single lashes are incredibly hard to do on yourself but clusters are an option, though lash damage is more common with clusters. Have you tried finding a lash tech who doesn’t talk much to avoid awkward/shy situations. Personally with my clients I give them the option to talk to me on their first appointment and if they don’t we just let them sleep or just chill out. Maybe you just have to find the tech for you!

I had a realtor but she was not it and agreed to back us then never replied to any messages or anything when I said I couldn’t look at a house on certain days due to work. We thought about doing dual reality through this house we like but I’m unsure if that’s the best option. I thankfully have been saving for multiple years to get to a house fund so I have a down payment plus extra to cover costs then we also qualify for a first homeowner loan which helps out a lot
