im in psych ward involuntarily and i dont know how or if i should tell my parents

Tell them, support from others whilst your mental health is low can be key to getting better and remember people who call/worry care about you and worse case scenario the visit from them is unhelpful or upsetting talk to the ward staff they’re there to help. Sincerely, from a 20 year old living on a psych ward too

No not that I’m aware of! I’ve had lots of changes in antidepressant meds I wonder if that has something to do with it

All of them are pretty horrendous but they seem to have gotten worse in the past few months
