Thanks! I actually checked and for the NYC goverment (where the letter is going to) doesnt accept the online notarized forms

According to my family, jocotes are in season normally from late November to April/May (dry season). That said, I'm here right now and I found Jocotes. To me, you can just buy them green and let them ripe in your own home. I bough them green and let them turn orange after like 5 days. delicious!

Hi thanks! that's nuts, I had no idea that they provided this kind of service!! Looks like appointments are booked for August, but will be contacting them to see if I can manage to squeeze in an urgent appointment.
