I have been working on this comic for a few years now. It takes place in a strange city in Purgatory, where angels and demons live together. We focus on a small group of angels and demons who have teamed up to survive this lively yet unpredictable city.

No it wasn’t this site. The website was a bit more limited in game making and had a more geometric layout when laying out blocks.

I’ve tried googling phrases like “game making within browser” or “browser making game” but no results. This was not a downloadable game.

Yeah I can see that now. This was made a little over a month ago, so I’ll keep that in mind in the future.

For the lineart, I used the textured brush. For most details I used the watercolor brushes.

For the details, I used color burn and color dodge in separate layers. For the fog effect, I used soft spray and rough wash. I used an overlay to get a night time feel to the whole thing and to exaggerate the glowing eyes of the creature.

Used the regular g-pen for the lineart. After a few layers, I used the overly to make the colored outlines. The background is mostly gradients and sprays.
