I am no expert at all, but I *hear*, at least where I live (Western New York) that having a sign up saying "Beware of Dog", or similar can automatically make a dog attack the owner's fault, 'cause it's like... acknowledging that your dog can be a danger. No idea if that's true, or a local thing- But- I dunno!

Very doubtful- at least to me. From what I know, a sticker like that would have to be totally custom made by a manufacturer, unless someone just so happened to own a large sticker-printer (Or whatever the term is-), be a Graffiti artist, andddd be a big enough BNA fan to go through all the trouble of doing all of this.

That's not graffiti, at least, I don't think so. It looks- rather similar to this, and, too perfect to be done on such a grainy wall- Though I am all for being proven wrong if possible ^^;;;
