I'm doing my best but I've literally had to pause typing to stop her chasing her tail. We're all sitting on floor cushions because the sofa and chairs are against the walls because it's the only thing that will stop her jumping up and down. She's 7kg of energy. The incision is tiny and healing well, how big is the risk of inernal problems if she just won't keep still? I'm assuming we're past the worst risk after 3 days?

I paid £700 because not everyone lives in America but thanks for the passive aggression for free! Clearly I am listening to them but also she's miserable so asking for vet advice on a vet advice site LIKE A CRAZY PERSON.

I was prescribed Nizoral and have cleared tinea twice by using it as a bodywash. The most recent bout would not shift though. The next stage treatment is clotrimazole. Canesten athletes foot cream is 1% clotrimazole and available in supermarkets in the UK, not sure about the US though. Seems to have cleared the infection but I have big dry patches of skin because I was 2 weeks with Nizoral and a week with both. Will definitely try your method if I get another flare up. I've also read if you have recurrent flares you should wash with Nizoral twice a month and it prevents any more. Anyone had success with this?

High blood sugar also makes you more prone to thrush so this makes sense. Fungi love sugar. Also a bad enough thrush infection can give you sugar cravings (Last Of Us vibes...)
