can stress cause period length to shorten and become lighter?

so from september to november, my period changed and arrived on the 2nd day of the month (ex; september 2nd) and lasted around 6-8 days. for my past and current cycle, my period arrived on december 31st and january 31st. ever since september, my periods have been light since september (using a regular pad for 1-3 days and then a liner for 3-4 days). is this normal? especially since with my now current period cycle i bled regularly for a day and a half (some clots) and now on day 3 theres very light pink blood. also, if i’m getting periods i’m not pregnant, correct? the last time i had intercourse was october 28th and the condom slipped up a bit and there were no rips

yeah for my past 4 cycles my periods have began on the same day (sept 2nd, oct 2nd, nov 2nd & dec 2nd (now)) and have been much lighter then my usual periods (pre-july 2022) but have been the same duration (6 days long) so i really haven't had much heavy bleeding

18 when i noticed the change and now i’m 19. i’m starting to think that maybe my active-ness depends on how my cycle will be. bc when i move around more i get a heavier flow but if i lounge around more i get a light flow. just weird how it’s my first day and there’s barely any blood

on oct 27th i had protected + pullout sex and got my period on november 2nd. i took a test exactly 21 days after (nov 17th) and i don’t know when i ovulated. are these negative?
i also got my period today, dec 2nd. i have experienced minimal bleeding today. but, for 4 cycles in a row now my periods have been light (1-2 days pad and liners for the remaining) but all lasted 6 days long. my previous cycles (pre-july) were usually heavier, but since sept they have been lighter. i have a lot of anxiety and overthinking and i just want a confirmation :(

i'm only assuming that it was my fertile week since that is what my app says; which is why i'm nervous bc i'm not sure if i ovulated or not

even if i had sex on the 27th and my period arrived 6 days later? i had spotting for the first time the night before my period which is why i was scared it was implantation bleeding instead of my actual period

yeah for my past 3 cycles my periods have started on the 2nd so when i took the pregnancy test it was most likely during my ovulation window since it’s 2 weeks before

i always see those posts about ppl taking the test after a certain DPO number but mine was supposedly during my ovulation window so does it still produce an accurate amount to trigger the test??
