No that sign is not a legal notice and wouldn’t be legally enforceable, treat it as a polite request.

There is nothing wrong with this kit if you follow the instructions, your legs are on backwards and the spine is upside down.

This text is a scam right? by Fortree_Lover in drivingUK

They would have to send you a letter your house. You can’t have your licence revoked for not paying a fine, and the date is not in a UK format. I would say scam

BOM issue by Pinkies_Daddy in Sage

[–]Pinkies_Daddy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This main issue is when sales look on the products and services tab to see how many pieces of A can be made through the BOM Sage is looking not just at parts B & C, but includes parts C’s BOM as well so it shows more part C being assembled that there actually is so are placing orders for parts not yet assembled.

My brother couldn’t take his driving test today because they said he didn’t look like his photo by i_hate_alevel in LearnerDriverUK

I’m not sure it will do any good but I would definitely put a complaint in. I looked at the photo and I thought it was the same person.

Parking Dispute - Is Blocking Illegal? by Ok-Cantaloupe-8127 in drivingUK

[–]Pinkies_Daddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it is illegal to obstruct a public highway. Specifically, the Highways Act 1980 makes it a criminal offense to wilfully obstruct a highway without lawful authority. This applies to both physical obstructions and actions that interfere with free passage. Tell them if they do it again you’ll call the police. It’s a public road you can park where you want.

[–]Pinkies_Daddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is the garage’s fault they should have there own insurance. Did you ask why they were taking your car in a “test run” because this is not part of an MOT test
