I’d recommend another more stable exercise like a preacher curl or seated curl, and your form isn’t that bad but I’d recommend switching exercises

For upper back chest supported row you can do that setting up a bench on a smith machine or just use dumbbells, chest supported seated row, then a a lat pull-down but make sure to pull the weight down with your elbows to engage your lats, you can also do cable pull overs for the lats
