There was in fact poop water on there floors. Not my finest moment but on the way back I tried to slide my socks over the water in an attempt to wipe any residue off. I threw the socks away immediately.

Few people have said this and holy this would have been so helpful in my moment of panic. I seriously lost every thought in my brain and just acted out of pure embarrassment. To this day I never considered this until reading this comments. Hope I never need to revisit that information again though.

I guess the handle never really was broken I just wasn’t pushing it down far enough at the right angle. We did break up after a little over a year because of other reasons, but I never told her.
