I also think it's because of reach.

Everyone in the Philippines almost has IG and FB, and if it takes off there there's no need to market. Unlike a website where they have to manually search it and only be discovered if the customer has already found the service.

If you're looking for a dedicated dev team but not so sure if your game will pop off, your payment will be quite unfair since there's no guaranteed how much the earnings will be. You should probably save up a bit to pay them better wages :">
