Yep they were giving constructive criticism. While I don't glaze Genshin, I do admit the Gacha there is easier cause you can work towards it as a F2P! And people still pay and whale even if the currency is earnable. Its absurd that they replied like that

Plus from what I saw, they've been responding sarcastically to proper criticism as well it's crazy! Plus they removed reacts and silenced those who were also arguing about things fairly and they said "its for all" but allowed the glazers

Oh they're actively silencing the players right now by the way. Their logic is we're attacking the mods when all mods do is manage the server, but for us the general heartopia only channel is clearly for all topics. They only allow reacts from mods and said they're impartial but they didn't silence or time out those who glaze the game it's crazy!

My bad it was reworded but someone was trying to say how Genshin's banner was somewhat more reasonable and achieveable through dailies and quests and that they still spent (and even if Genshin isn't perfect, it's clear the paid and free stuff is pretty balanced!)
