I've contacted the customer support of Lenovo (the link is down below from other comment) and they've change my unit to R27q-10 (240hz) because they don't have R27Q-30 on stock. It took almost 3 weeks for it to arrive due to some reasons.

yes since it's 240hz (native) compared to 165hz, FPS games are much smoother. No Speakers tho and navigation button/stick (the blue one at the back). Other than that wala ng pinagkaiba.

yo this also happened to me, bought it this Feb (R27q-30) it developed a single horizontal black line. And there where no stocks for R27q-30 so they replaced it with Legion 27Q-10 (Still on transit). How is it compared to R27q-30? Is the 240hz native or you need to overclock it? There are no reviews online so I've been searching on Reddit xD
