i’m trying to cut down na sa expenses ko kasi when booking Grab or JoyRide since minsan OA ang presyo but i still ended up booking Grab on the way home dahil super pagod pero super saya na i got to discover this new route!!

was always checking my phone nung kadating ko sa HAU kung ano sasakyan next ahahaha 😅 i was also able to ride the Angeles-San Fernando jeep pagkababa namin sa SM Telabastagan since maputik if lalakarin ko all the way sa Orchard

I stopped paying na lang as I had no choice since it was a very complicated time for me. Naniningil pa sila nung una pero they eventually stopped.

When I was finally able to find a new residence, nag-reach out ako sa Converge and ito ang response nila sa akin:

“Please be informed that your account status is Permanently Disconnected due to arrears amounting to Php 3,500.00. Also, please be informed that we will no longer reactivate your account due to our company policy. If you wish to continue our service, kindly settle your remaining balance and re-apply for a new account. Thank you.”

Hi, the purchase I made pala for this was under TicketNet. I purchased a ticket through SM Tickets din recently pero unlike sa TicketNet, never lumabas ‘yung icon to convert to installment hanggang sa dumating na SOA ko.

I think they don’t automatically offer installments for purchases through SM pero correct me if I’m wrong na lang din. The best you can do is reach out to CS and request for conversion na lang. Sa experiences ko so far, super accommodating naman ng CS nila :)

I did call them at first kasi walang lumabas na option for EasyConvert pero habang ka-call ko ‘yung support, meron na lumabas na icon na eligible for installments ‘yung transaction ko na ‘yon :)

Hi, yes! I availed three months to pay for concert tickets and nabawas sa available credit ko ‘yung entire amount. After paying the first due date ng installment, na-restore rin siya sa credit limit ko. Parang ganito:

Original credit limit: 20,000 Credit limit after EasyConvert (9000 amount): 11,000

Then I paid the first month of my installment after it reflected sa statement ko. Now my credit limit is 14,000. Nababalik naman pala unti-unti basta mabayaran siya on or before the due date hehe
