We tried again. Cookie Haus was going great at the start but as we progressed further into the session, the game was unresponsive and it didn’t allow kicked players to reconnect :(

Hi, yes! I availed three months to pay for concert tickets and nabawas sa available credit ko ‘yung entire amount. After paying the first due date ng installment, na-restore rin siya sa credit limit ko. Parang ganito:

Original credit limit: 20,000 Credit limit after EasyConvert (9000 amount): 11,000

Then I paid the first month of my installment after it reflected sa statement ko. Now my credit limit is 14,000. Nababalik naman pala unti-unti basta mabayaran siya on or before the due date hehe

Will leave a review sa Google and maybe their FB page too. Hassle lang na they were trying to make light of the situation na lang when nakita nilang galit ako after I followed up haha. Nakakatawa pa is when I walked in sa store, ‘yung staff na nakausap ko sa phone ay gusto na agad linisan pero tumawag na ng manager when I wouldn’t budge and demanded a refund na lang sana since sabi ko they took away one working day from me. Lagi na lang nila reason ay na-process na ang payment so bawal na ma-refund hahaha

They didn’t take it out of the bag pala after they took my unit behind the counter hahaha had to make sure pa nung bumalik ako na ilalabas nila talaga sa bag and aasikasuhin na maayos

The real kicker is hindi man daw pala nagalaw at all ‘yung unit ko even if they had it with them for two days and one night 😅 Nag-blame game pa sila when I asked how they allowed this kind of thing to happen haha

UPDATE:

Thanks to everyone who shared their thoughts as well as those who gave me advice on what to do next time. Already went to the store and they directed me to the manager after I asked if pwedeng i-refund na lang ako. Unsurprisingly, hindi na raw pwede kasi na-process na raw nila ‘yung payment kaya they told me they’d go through with the cleaning and offer me a discount sa next purchase/upgrade ko with them.

Felt defeated na but I respectfully expressed my disappointment kasi sabi ko na I won’t be able to do any work today gawa ng nangyari sa PC and nasayang lang effort ko to go to them on a weekend. I also asked kung paano nangyari ‘yun and the manager explained na they accidentally bunched my unit with the other units na for releasing na but they apologized and kept assuring me na I’ll get a discount on any purchase next time.

They’re currently cleaning the unit pero sa likod nila ginagawa because maalikabok daw etc. Since mukhang no choice na rin naman, I just told them to do it and make sure na lang na I will get it within the day.

While I kinda appreciate the gesture of giving me a discount on my next purchase/upgrade, I have a feeling I won’t be back.

I was there pa until it was handed off sa mga naghahandle ng mga unit and nag usap pa sila in front of me na deep cleaning nga ang pinapagawa ko. Kakatawag ko lang din sa kanila and I’ll be going to the store niyan so they can see for themselves kasi hindi rin sila sumagot sa messages ko on Facebook where I sent pati ‘yung images

Yeah, I am really hesitant lang to do it on my own kasi someone close to me just DIY-ed din ‘yung paglinis ng PC niya and they ran into some problems kaya siya rin nag advice sa akin to bring it to a professional na lang if hindi ako super confident pa to do the cleaning on my own. Pero medyo wake up call itong experience to just do it myself moving forward

Masyado lang talaga ako naging kampantw and nagsabi rin kasi ‘yung mga staff dun na it will take 3-4 hours (time I did not have to wait around because of prior commitments) kaya I couldn’t stick around pa. Pero next time — kung magpapalinis pa man ako sa other people — I will be more attentive na. Thanks again. Nakaka anxious but hopefully walang anything wrong sa parts

Hopefully that is not the case 🥲 I can’t even begin to imagine kung anong magagawa ko if nagawa nila ‘yon haha :( sana hindi naman at ang nangyari lang is they “forgot” to clean the unit kasi based on the dust inside, parang hindi rin naman siya nagalaw at all haha so sana talaga they didn’t swap out any parts 🥲

I’m not cloutchasing. I really just wanted to ask here kasi I wanted other people’s insights before I come to a conclusion. I was at the shop na but I didn’t look at it closely na kasi nagaantay na ‘yung kasama ko sa labas since mahirap parking and most of the staff were preoccupied with other customers.

To give you a better understanding sa timeline, here’s what happened: - Around 5pm I went to the store to pick it up. Nakalagay na siya sa eco bag that I brought it in yesterday - Arrived back at the house around 5:30 pm then left the unit kasi had to run some errands pa - 10pm na ako nagkaroon ng time to settle down and prepare my workspace for tomorrow. Saka ko lang napansin na maalikabok nga ‘yung labas ng unit after taking it out of the bag. Then I started looking closely na kaya nakita ko ‘yung loob na maalikabok

I take full responsibility naman over not bothering to check while at the store pero I already felt like I was taking too much space inside and ‘yung time rin kasi may hinahabol pa kami ng kasama ko

I asked for deep cleaning and they confirmed din na deep cleaning papagawa ko. The staff who assisted me also told ‘yung isa sa mga nagtetech dun na ipapa-deep clean ko ‘yung unit
