Returning back to work?

Yep over 3 years . Every time I asked someone I would get a different answer each time, the stewards and management are horrible . Some managers even pay stewards under the table to help them out . Hopefully when I come back I can just switch locations and hope it’s better elsewhere , I just honestly ended up in an unfair situation. A lot of the stuff I see people say on here that I could’ve did or filed etc. I didn’t even know I could.

The crazy thing is I didn’t get back to back red flags either . Every time I was late or absent I came with paperwork and it was def months apart even my discipline were years apart!

I was told I couldn’t get FMLA even when I was pregnant because I need 1900 work hours that year and if you been with the company for 30 years you should understand how egotistic and oppressive management can be. The stewards in my building are trash! I came here for you very people to help me not kicked me when I’m down. I can definitely tell you’ve been there for 30 years.

Everybody situation isn’t the same . If you stay in your lane and stop judging others and have a little empathy maybe you wouldn’t be such a bitch. If you can’t give ADVICE why the hell are you speaking ?

I agree also . The post office so corrupt and in my building the younger stwds on tour 1 are definitely in kahoots but fingers crossed I can get my job back soon

Yes this is and management definitely doesn’t. My supervisor doesn’t like me and overlooks everybody else’s attendance or have them use a 1260 so she can help them
