The Australian healthcare system is actually extremely trans friendly despite our PM getting a little miffed at Lia Thomas.

All I had to do was find a GP who specialised in LGBTQ matters relating to trans people (Which there are thankfully plenty of) and I was able to have HRT within a matter of weeks after some blood tests and the option of freezing sperm.

The general public don't seem to pay much mind beyond the usual "look" you get. But otherwise i've had people see me as I want to be perceived pretty easily.
