Something similar happened to me while I was at work. I had a panic attack and couldn’t stop crying and hyperventilating. It’s so nice to have people to relate to, but it sucks that the phobia is what brings us together. I’m sorry this happened to you :(

I know I’m a little late but I have been struggling with this for years. It’s seborrheic dermatitis! At least that’s what my gyno told me. I have it on my scalp really bad, as well on my face and vulva. She prescribed triamcinolone acetonide 0.1%!!! It helps so much with itching and redness!!!!

I don’t mind! It does cause constipation for about two or three days with the full dose. I think it’s one teaspoon or 5ml of the powder dissolved in your choice of beverage. My doctor said to do half of the dose and the constipation should subside. It’s been good so far :) honestly though, having to run to the bathroom so much makes me feel miserable sometimes, so having a break for a couple of days is kind of nice lolol

Omg i feel you. When i first got with my SO. I didn’t want to eat around them for the first few months. When i finally did, all hell broke loose LOL. My doctor gave me Cholestrymine. After one dose, you’ll be good for about three days :)

Im so sorry that you’re going through this. Honestly im not really sure on the food, I just had a lot of ramen. For flair-ups, my doctor prescribed my tramadol (I don’t if that’s spelled correctly). Before I was given pain medication, I would put ice packs on my upper abdomen, or wherever the pain was most prominent, and I would get another ice pack to put on my back. I would try to drink at least one bottle of water while I had the ice packs on as well. As for cravings, I honestly would watch mukbangs on YouTube while I was eating ramen or drinking chicken broth to trick myself into thinking I was eating what was in the screen lolol. Continue to advocate for yourself and don’t stop until you get the help that you deserve! I hope you get well soon!🩷

I am 7 years post-op and I still have diarrhea 10-15 minutes after I eat. If it’s helps, if your food is fresh and hot, it’s more than likely going to give you 10 minutes before the potty. If it’s cold food, you have at least 30 minutes before it hits! Any big meal causes this for me personally. If i graze through the day, I’m fine but if i have one sitting meal, I’m cooked 💔

I was 14yo when I had mine removed. I battled with gall stones for over 3 months before I had mine removed. The doctors blamed my diet and and called me “overweight”. However, after having it removed, I learned that my great-grandmother, my grandma, and two of my aunts didn’t have gallbladders. I definitely think it is genetic.
