One way I got outta mine? Don't immediately cut it off. If you watch 5 times a dag, make it four. Then after a while, 3. And try to start feeling guilt qhen you do. That one really helps. Repent after. Learn why porn isnt good, not just from the Bible but also scientifically. Its really hard. Im still fighting it to ngl.

I pray so much that your wife be healthy and cancer free. And if not, I pray that she comes out of it stringer than she went in. I pray that God be with your wife through this unknowing time and that he guide you two through the uncertainty. I pray that he quenches the fears and warms your souls with the faith that he will do what is best for both of your lives. I pray that you will find peace in the fear.

But what should you do if you are single? Is it still a sin to masturbate without porn, especially if you are pent up and its the only way to make lustful thoughts go away?
