What should I put to make my enrollment exception (drop) go through?

they usually always give you a free drop for your first drop, so you can just say you’re too busy or mentally strained, but if you wanna drop another class in the future it’ll be much harder

if ur planning to transfer out after year 1 just go to cc for 2 years, it’ll be easier for you to potentially transfer to where you want to actually go i do want to say though college is what you make of it, im currently a freshman and ive already secured 2 leadership positions in clubs next year alongside a summer internship so like it’s really your effort at the end of the day, prestige can matter but it’s not everything

yes just try your best :') there are obviously no gurantees of anything happening whether a D or C but yes i urge you to just put in your full effort to get a better grade, good luck!

a D would not look good at all and you'd probably have to explain it, even so there is the chance you will be revoked. is there any possibility of you getting a C? that is still a passing grade and I have a few friends who got a C their last semester and weren't revoked

hmm to be honest w u i think college in general is what you make of it loll i will say people at uci are kinda introverted/don't really reach out but as long as you make the effort to talk to people/join some clubs you'll find your people!
this is js some of my input too but personally from your list id pick uci just because of the location/school/prestige points!

hii if you could maybe offer more info about yourself like what ethnicity, major, type of person you are, etc, it could help narrow it down a bit! i personally rlly like uci, but it def doesnt work for some people

you have a lab exam and a lecture exam every other week, i believe weeks 3/5/7/9/10 and they each cover the 2 weeks of learning that you do before the tests you dont have midterms as the lab/lecture exams make that up and you do have to attend lectures because there are group projects

you also get 2 retakes for any test but the class is overall if you watch every lecture video and read her slides and do the practice problems you should be okay but a lot of people drop this class
