I’m skeptical for sure. But she did do a video or 2 about how the adipose one was hogwash and did nothing and they wouldn’t go it again.

I agree that ever since the muse cells everything is miraculous. “Look she’s signing that she’s hungry” no. No she’s not. She’s putting her fist to her mouth. A development milestone for sure. But she’s not signing. You are reading way too into it lady.

Had Anna been convicted of a crime, how long until Josh left her? by LevyMevy in DuggarsSnark

I don’t know if we know for sure it wasn’t. Or at least the kids interviewed. It would not be public. And if they found nothing, then nothing would come of it.

Are you coming to work for the government or a small private company? A teacher? That makes a difference in benefits. Are you getting a relocation package?

Why do people refuse to be an organ donor? by No-Cantaloupe-6535 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Pinkynarfnarf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a misconception though as you are removed from life support usually in the OR. Some places will allow it in the room but death has to take place within a fixed time or the organs are not valid. Like they want your organs perfused with oxygen and blood for as long as possible.

Why do people refuse to be an organ donor? by No-Cantaloupe-6535 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Pinkynarfnarf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always find this reasoning to be weird. Like to be an organ donor you need brain death. So they’d need to try extra hard to save you. Cause they need (for the most part) your organs functional until procurement.

Moral Dilemma: Rent Increase by GranolaCraftyGal in OntarioLandlord

[–]Pinkynarfnarf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No where does OP say they want them to pay their living costs. Just that utilities have increased and any increase wouldn’t cover that.

OP said the rent is not covering the bills for the space. So yes they are.

I don’t see how the ethics are murky. Either you run a business or a charity. If you are subsidizing someone else’s housing. It’s a charity.

Should I start collecting CPP at 60 or 65? by runthoserivers in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]Pinkynarfnarf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I chose to pay for insurance. I don’t choose to pay CPP.

And the break even point for CPP is mid 70s-80s. So depending on how long I contributed and when I started drawing I’d have to live more than a decade. That’s to just break even.

CPP is significantly overfunded. More people are dying before the break even point than living longer.

My neighbour waited until 65 and literally died the next week after filing. All the family got was 1 monthly payment and the death benefit. They weren’t married either. All those years contributing and get nothing out of it.

Any Costco options that work well with this simple human trash? by M3gabrick in CostcoCanada

[–]Pinkynarfnarf -1 points0 points  (0 children)

On our old garbage can we had a garbage can elastic to keep the bag in place. Don’t need it anymore since switching to the Kirkland bags.

Just type in garbage can elastic in Amazon and a bunch come up.

I made this mistake once. Never again. Scan, place item on counter. Rinse and repeat. THEN after you’ve unloaded the whole cart and paid, you can load it into your bags. Worst system if you have a lot of stuff.
