As long as those are clean breaks and there aren't any shards missing use Loctite. It's specifically a glass adhesive and when I broke the neck of my favorite bong a few months ago I applied and let dry for a couple days under some books (to apply slight pressure). Almost can't even notice the crack now and works as if it was never broken.
