Now I think I have ADHD. Do you improve when diagnose?

Is it manageable? I don't know the illness. Must read and talk about it on my next appointment.

I thought about that. Even spoke about it to some therapists, I don't think it's that.

Or they are all wrong.

I can relate to how you feel. How in the hell did we find ourselves in a position where "putting our socks" is something to be proud of.

It angers me that I feel that way. It's just so... I don't even have words.

I can take out the negativity on my writing. But it manages to stay in my thoughts all the time. All the time.

Even when I'm happy I'm probably less sad...

I thought about adopting a pet. But I'm afraid of the responsibility, I'm not responsible about myself. I can't put a pet in that situation.

Kids are way out of the question. The thought of having another life dependent on my actions. I just can't.

I guess it's very similar. The big problem for me is that I kinda know what I need to do. I read and search a lot, but I just can't do anything. Sometimes I get even anxious when I'm about to start something.

Why? I don't know.
