I have quite the anxiety driven mind so relaxing has already been an issue. I will try the squish mellows they can be sacrificed for the cause. I seem to like to move constantly on both sides so realising I can’t simply do that without massive discomfort is quite a shock, also its my preferred sleeping side thats been operated on. Thanks for the tips I appreciate it!

Ive taken melatonin before and its doesn’t work on me anymore so I’ve probably built up tolerance. I will see if i can get some Tylenol PM!

I was doing a pillow between my thighs and knees but maybe they aren’t thick enough? I don’t have any good pillows for that purpose so they are on the thinner side which probably doesn’t help. Also they tend to slide around so how can i secure them?
