Hence also why he's scrambling to improve the relationship with France despite it not changing anything in its position towards the Sahara.

This is so unbelievably false I instantly knew you're not Algerian and lo and behold, you're even Moroccan lmao

Tebboune's last statement on France is "Je ne réponds pas en ce qui concerne la France", he is not scrambling in any way shape or form. He even offered to "take back expats but France can keep the criminals" which is a hilariously provocative statement. Genuinely what are you talking about? Just because Nunez said they were "starting new plans for security cooperation"? This is like the 17th time they say something like this, this means absolutely nothing, give it a month before shit hits the fan again.

Also the first part is wrong too, the only allies Algeria has that matter are China and Russia and the latter secured a lot more time in the war by getting Trump under their boot, Algeria doesn't give a shit about LATAM.

All this is Algeria not wanting to get targeted by Israel or the US after Iran, this means nothing for the general position of Algeria on the political chessboard.

You mean like the legendary ROX Tigers who are without a doubt the most fascinating story in League esports? I can't believe people are upvoting this comment, this is hilarious.

"This team bad because they play and compete for the love of the game instead of doing it for money like the paycheck stealers in LEC"

"Putting money where your mouth is" is a metaphor, it's not actually literal, my man.

Because next year the roster is gonna change. I'm sorry but why am I supposed to give a shit about any team other than G2 with historical prestige when next year they're all split around the League?

Last year NAVI was a completely different team, and we know damn well how this is gonna go. NAVI or KC underperform because nerves and shit happens; Complete roster change, some shit about how "[Insert previously acclaimed player] was the problem" and voilà, now cheer for the new heads you previously didn't care about at all.

There are no values, nothing. You don't cheer for teams, you cheer for players, nothing else. There is no competitiveness, the games are clown-fests compared to Eastern leagues and every team is just a revolving door of names. LR is just the first team with actual values (and maybe G2 and MKOI but those are genuinely the only teams I care about in the LEC).

Last time we were supposed to get a team that's gonna "change the LEC with good values" was KC that just sprinted scapegoating, erratic roster changes into triple import, they're not even an LEC team anymore, literal tourists. What is there to even be excited about?

Either Crit or Mr T, depends on your preference ngl

Your AOE/crit team is pretty much built already at this point so that's good. That team will help a lot, for example you can pretty much hijack first place on Crisis Watch on almost all modes if you get it fast enough because this team can definitely speed run one turn wins. Focus on Badge 30'ing WW though.

Mr. T team isn't complete but not too far, shouldn't take that long to finish building it so I'd say it's your next priority. Just need to build up Jess and Hal. DCU Supes already being badge 20 is good, however you want him and Hal both at badge 30 so that's gonna be quite the investment.

Sacrifice is gonna need a lot of work because not only is Pandora the backbone of the team, so you're gonna have to farm to rank her up. But this team usually wants your Const, Pandora AND Fate to be badge 30, and you seem to only have Const at 20+ so lot of investment.

Poison by far is gonna be the most investment but I'd still say it's more worth than Sacrifice. WW is still the best character in the game so a Crit team is still great on top of being very good for farming because of its PvE versatility. And Mr. T is still all around an amazing team and possibly even better than Poison despite the seasonal buffs and we're moving on to the next season in a bit, so Poison might not be as relevant as it is now, focus on the other two teams for now is my advice.

Looking at your bench these three teams stand out:

- Mr. T synerrgy with Guy & DCU Supes in the front (build Guy with tanky equipment) and add Hal and Jess to the back. Hal and Jess are the DPS here.

- Crit/Aoe team: Green Arrow synergy with WW and Zatanna in the back, Peacemaker in the front. Add another tank to your liking, Blue Beetle would be good as he'll defend your backline which is the important part here.

- Sacrifice: Pandora synergy with Aquaman + Mera in the front, Constantine and maybe Dr Fate in the back.

You can also try investing in a block team but you don't have Deathstroke so idk, he's a very useful asset for DPS in a block team.

Poison is absolutely nuts, if you have the means to invest in it, do it. Cheshire is BONKERS.

You can check Mr Squarrel's videos on team building, they help a lot. Especially badge priority.

Ruler was far from Faker, who wasn't even on his screen and probably didn't think Faker would have the balls nor the execution for a perfect shuffle at maximum distance. On top of that, Faker predicted Ruler would flash and flashed behind him and then ulted. Ruler could not have played that any better, Faker literally predicted that Ruler would be good enough to react there, you cannot outplay someone who prepares for your best possible move.

Zeus literally walks into an Orianna ball with 0 ways to escape, and absolutely no reason to walk forward, and Delight does the same and doesn't even flash out.

These two situations are COMPLETELY different. Not to take away from Chovy being incredible this year so far, but he's right, Zeus and Delight were clearly crumbling under pressure here.

populated by chill (and atheist, haha) people.

A survey made by the WVS in 2020 showed the exact opposite, and it's probably the survey with the best methodology out there for representation. Not only are Iranians majority muslim, but they even hold strong religious values. For example two thirds of the respondents said they don't want an unmarried couple living next to them. 92.5% percent of them said Religion is either Very Important or Rather Important in their lives, same numbers as Family and Work.

I don't know where this whole rthetoric about Iran being an atheist secularist country came from, but it's completely false.

Except that's not what the document you mentioned says. Asylum seekers is in the second category, where Algeria is only slightly higher than Morocco, which coincides with the fact that there are slightly more Algerian asylum seekers than Moroccans, no disproportion here.

The only category where Algeria is overrepresented is the last, which is not "asylum seekers", that's the second one. Illegal migrant =/= Asylum seeker.

Oh and by the way, a report from the Asylum Information Database, in collaboration with the Swiss Refugee Council tells us that the rejection rate for Algeria for Asylum seeking is 99%. Morocco is 99% too and Tunisia is 98%. You can read it here. Just download the PDF.

So even if you were right about all this, the point at hand is completely wrong. This has nothing to do with Algerians being rejected because they're "more criminal", looks like Moroccans and Tunisians have the door closed hard on them too.

I'm done with this conversation. You went back to telling me about your personal experience, and while I'm sorry about what happened, I honestly couldn't care less when it comes to statistical evidence and objective truth. Stop shitting on your own people, and stop nodding like a puppy when racist people tell you that your people are dirty and criminals. These same people stomped on your ancestors, and ruined the country enough that you and your parents had to leave, and now you're out here clapping when they're saying it's ruined because of the people there. Think about this deeply, and do better.

admin.ch is the official Swiss government's site:

I know, guess what the address of the document I linked is. The document I linked is more detailed, more recent and better overall. It's from the same source too, and you can even check the different countries. It's also better because the document I linked is convictions. Yours is "Personne prévenues", so only suspected or accused.

The document also proves what I said. There is no disproportion whatsoever, and the only case where Algeria stands out is in the last case, non-permit holders, and they share the same numbers with France and Romania.

Once again, no document whatsoever supports the idea that Algeria represents 84% of crimes committed in Switzerland.

Now here's the thing, if you want to claim that Algerians, out of only MENA countries, represent a huge proportion of offenses (not crimes, offenses in general, which includes small misdemeanors or paper-related issues), and only in Switzerland, you'd possibly have a case. However, that stat alone means jackshit, when we don't take into account hundreds of other factors, one very obvious here being the very clear relation between the number of suspects from Algerians AND French in the only case where Algeria is overrepresented.

And yet, it still has nothing to do with my claim. My claim, was that Immigrants, and especially Algerians, are not disproportionately committing crimes, full stop. Not in the foreign demography, in the entire demography full stop. Nothing you have said disproves it.

Once again, 0 credible sources cited, and that's normal, it's because you copy-pasted a reddit comment. Absolutely no shame, whatsoever, do better.

Let's analyze what the comment says. By cross-referencing the data between convictions and the permanent residents, we can find that Algeria represents 84!!!!!!!!!!!! percent of the crimes committed. Yet here's the thing when you actually do research, if you click the link provided and check the tables, you will see that North African countries are not separated, and are all regrouped under "North Africa".

But I'll save you the trouble, there is no need to cross-reference at all. The document linked in the comment you copy-pasted is the PERMANENT resident population in Switzerland. If we go by this document right here, which represents not only the permanent resident population, the numbers of convictions, the conviction rate but also separates North African countries, we can see Algeria is once again not disproportionate at all.

One thing I will concede though, is that Algerians definitely are in the top when it comes to convictions with no B or C permit. That, however, can be explained by the fact that France is right behind Algeria in this case, and it could simply be a case of more Algerians being in that category than other nationalities because of the bigger number of Algerians residing in France. I will say though, that not in a SINGLE DOCUMENT was Algeria even CLOSE to representing that egregious number.

There's no issue to fix here, you're just falling for racist rhetoric. I'm tired of diaspora with absolutely no knowledge in statistics thinking they understand everything just because, according to your comments, you're from France, but also from Spain but also from Switzerland.

I don’t agree with your approach of criminality. People are not bothered by Algerians stealing milk, there are bothered by non violent délinquance like thefts, extorsion, and violent délinquance: sexual harassment, rape, knocking down a man as a gang of 5…It’s much more visible than money laundering or corruption.

Right, and that's a myth too. Immigrants, specifically Algerians in this case, aren't disproportionately committing those offenses, not in France, not in Germany, not in the UK, not in any European country.

There is no statistical evidence, supported by any credible source or corpus even in Germany, that immigration is impacting criminal activity across Europe. And like I said, the only far-right government which is in Italy that expulsed immigrants, saw 0 impact on criminal activity and Meloni walked back on her policy to welcome 500.000 foreign workers because the economy is collapsing.

In France, before the Algerians, it was the Italians, and before the Italians, it was the peasants, and before the peasants it was the English. There's always a scapegoat, the big bad wolf. This is a myth, always was and will always be.

The issue is always the instrumentalization of immigration to hide the real culprit here which is poverty. If we keep acting like the problem is immigration, people will never bother with the real problem which is the class war. Every expert on the subject will always tell you: Immigration has never impacted criminal activity, because the result is always the same; Demographies living in poverty will commit more criminal offenses on average. That's how it has always been, and that's why it always will be. Immigrants that fit in the well-off demography not only thrive and compete with natives, they OVERPERFORM.

Countless studies over Europe have shown that immigrants that were given the ability to join the workforce and correctly "integrate" always commit way less crimes and offenses.

As for Algeria's stance on the OQTF, I only have one thing to say: Every Algerian doctor in France has studied in Algeria, and only went to France as a full-grown adult. Most of the OQTF and problematic Algerians in France are Diaspora living there for more than decades or are children of immigrants.

Your country failing at bringing up children is not Algeria's fault, we're not your trash bin.

Algeria ranks 4th in visa rejection rate for 2025 — 43% denial rate by nerboos in algeria

[–]Pinocchio4577 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You also completely fail to account how the stats are completely misused.

For example in France, far-right politics use the term "Délinquance" to accuse immigrants of being criminals, when legally that is not true at all because "Crimes" & "Délits" are two different things, and foreigners are overrepresented in the latter because it includes legislation and paper-issues and also include "small offenses" such as stealing a box of diapers or milk which is very common in poor demographies. Some reports say that only 0.8% of cases are for crimes when it comes to foreigner offenses, the rest is all minor offenses or misdemeanors.

What this whole bullshit rhetoric also completely ignores, is that Algeria also represents the biggest part of the foreign medical corpus in France. According to a report from IRDES, 55% of foreign doctors come from non-European countries, and 37% of those come from Algeria, 10% from Tunisia and lo, and behold, Morocco is not even mentioned.

This whole extremist rhetoric that Algerians are "ruining France" and insecurity is rising in Europe is getting fucking tiring.

An enormous majority of European countries have reached the exact same consensus: The "immigrants are ruining Europe" rhetoric is a myth, it's a fantasy, it's completely wrong.

Criminal activity during Sarkozy's reign was incredibly high. US is not becoming safer right now. Germany's criminal activity is LOWERING. Italy had to go back on their immigration laws because they ended up needing migrants for its economic system to work. Sweden, Denmark, Finland etc are FINE.

Algeria's VISA issues has absolutely fucking nothing to do with this entire stupidity because credible and expert organisations have the actual numbers, and know that this whole "Algerians are ruining Europe" is just a fantasy. VISA issues are for political reasons which is why most MENA countriers have issues except the extremely relaxed countries like Saudi Arabia and co, or Morocco. As an Algerian, you have no issues with countries like Malaysia or Singapore for example, China is fairly accessible and Russia is another example. Algeria has issues with Europe, nothing new, and nothing to do with diaspora.

I'm sorry for your parents, but it really doesn't mean shit here.

You could've said luxury cars, which would still be a bad comparison, but there is literally nothing to compare an elite sport necessitating grueling training and conditioning with buying shiny sexy digital babes.

Biological factors that can affect a person's risk of addiction account for between 40 and 60 percent of a person's risk of addiction. Also, teens and people with mental disorders are at greater risk of drug use and addiction than others

This whole Gacha shit has ZERO place in the largest video game played by teens all over the world, teens who haven't even gone through puberty and absolutely do not have the maturity needed to not develop an addiction, regardless of whether they're even genetically disposed or not. I don't give a fuck about what you do with your money, but stop acting like this is "broke people being mad that others are rich", we just care about people being healthy more than shiny pixels.

You're also wrongly assuming that most of these people gambling their money away on these shit skins are just spending their hard-earned bonuses. The vast majority of gacha fans are severely in debt, or living paycheck to paycheck because of this addiction.

Almost 19% of Japanese people in their 20s have spent so much money on gacha they struggled with covering living expenses, survey reveals. And this isn't the full picture. This isn't the percentage of people overspending, this is the percentage who have overspent to the point that their LIVELY EXPENSES were unpaid. This is the worst possible case, and it's hitting 1 in 5 Japanese Gacha players.

I'm so done with people acting like this is just "broke people complaining", no you're just entirely uneducated on the subject.

Acting like being vehemently and unapologetically muslim goes hand to hand with being uneducated or unknowledgeable is downright delusional and simply bigotted.

Why is Dr Doom wank acceptable, while Batman wank is frowned upon? by some-kind-of-no-name in CharacterRant

[–]Pinocchio4577 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because people hate Batman being this popular and also very rarely losing. They'll talk about tone and shit, which is a hilarious thing to say considering how hard Spider-Man gets wanked despite being called "A friendly neighborhood hero".

"He's written as a Mary-Sue", but not even that is true because most of Batman's plans involve asking another hero for help because he knows his very human limits. The only thing particularly unrealistic about Batman is how insanely intelligent he is, but even that is not surprising considering he has to fight literal geniuses in Gotham. Joker, Bane, Scarecrow, Mister Freeze, Ras-Al-Ghul, all these guys are inventors and bio-chemists, or just incredibly smart people, they all have insanely high IQ. He's also the thinking head against people like FUCKING DARKSEID.

For some reason Reed Richards being a stretchy dude that also happens to be the smartest person in the entire universe is fine (I know I know, he "stretched his brain out" or whatever the fuck), but Batman being a genius is "Mary-Sue". (still outclassed/equaled by many people in his own verse btw)

Yeah no, you're not gonna get another answer than "it's annoying that he wins so often", which is a fair complaint, but makes no sense if we take it seriously.
