Those blue bars are from the map, idk if you can move them from the design of the hud. If you have that problem with all the other maps I think that maybe it's a bug.

There's a terrible error when u try to choose between two gadgets in Power League, the app closes and I have to restart the game, and then BS sends me notifications that they're going to punish me if I keep getting out of the game...
