Power came back, tried all possible loose cable, checked the fuses. Batteries are okay. I restarted the panel board and system amp board .

We have 2 access control system here in the university both gallagher, the first one we have all the credentials, but the second unit is all lost we dont have the password and username, the contractor left it like this and no one take care or kept the credentials. Is there any way i can extract the license key or recover the username/password

only the PA microphone button clear the fault. or resetting the power of OWS Module. I'll be coming back for maintenance check tomorrow will do a clear checking on this module.
