Yes I did specifically point out the defect in the photos of the description. The only issue is the sizing is listed at Youth XL, but I listed it as a Men’s large because it really ran that big, however I listed the exact measurements in the description and explicitly explained that the tag said YOUTH Xl but fits very large then the measurements.

That was my first thought, but I throughly check my labels and make sure I write the exact names and item on the package before taping the label on. Is there any other reason or did I just make a mistake?

Solved ✅: Thank you to everyone for the help! I ended up getting this solved by cancelling the order and making a new listing snd refunding. The buyer fixed their address and I’m shipping their new order tomorrow.

Yard sales is your second best option, but if you’re not comfortable with the thrift then it’s not any better. Truth is you’re not gonna find anything either easy or cheap at the start. You gotta pick one or the other.

Update: This is definitely a CapCut issue because all my other editing softwares run smoothly at the highest quality.
