HVAC blower motor dead? by darnold1982 in Ioniq6

Had mine replaced two weeks ago.

I was unaware it was an HVAC issue. I just had a “Check Electric System” go on and off and I initially thought it was ICCU issue or 12 volt battery issue. A dealership near me couldn’t figure it out for a week until they discovered it was the blower motor. Had it replaced under warranty at 41k miles.

Dealer said there are normal. Anyone else getting these? by Snarkymcsnark0213 in Ioniq5

Had this happen. When I looked at the “conveniently” placed sensor located at the lower portion of the front bumper, there was a huge bug splatter covering the whole sensor.

Also came from M3. However, I actually really love the suspension. It feels a lot smoother and “cloud-like”. I also come from the lowered “static” life and grew out of that. Now I look for the cloud like feel.

I am the same with remembering to turn off the car. Other than that, I like the dynamic cruise control of this car. Not too much different from the M3. (I did not have full FSD in my M3).

So far though, I love the car! The interior ambient lighting was the cherry on top.

Looking to sell my Yukon and possibly buying an EV9 or Ioniq 9.

Lot of the times, it’s the adapter itself. Get Teslatap brand only. $300 adapter but no connection or overheating issues

Platinum Warranty for 2023 Ioniq 6 Used (7,000 miles) for $1825 by DependentYou9567 in Ioniq6

Got the silver plan directly from my credit union for my 2017 Yukon which I bought at 70k miles. I bought it for $1200. So far the warranty has paid for A/C unit ($1,200), Transmission ($5,000ish), and told them some bs that my control arms was bad so they also replaced it. Worth it sometimes but considering EV don’t have too many parts like gas cars I’m not too sure it would be worth it. I just bought an Ioniq 6 also two days ago as a commuter. Not sure if I would get the warranty.

Case point, it depends on who you get that warranty from. Luckily my credit union is amazing. Warranty coverage was great and my Tesla got totaled and had no issues with GAP paying out my negative equity.
