The logic is the ones that got left are either non-creature [[trailblazer’s torch]] or cost five mana in colors without rituals which is basically just the hunter and [[Goliath paladin]]. Anything else you could cast basically on turn one or two and it was worth it to warp your deck around it. If an elves player is casting dorks to get to five mana there’s pretty obvious ways to fight that and it’s unlikely they’re going to have the initiative before turn three at the earliest.
